What is Senzia? Senzia is a curated furniture store bringing together refined, timeless pieces from selected makers. You can buy pieces one by one or take inspiration from the looks we put together.

What is a Look ("Shop the Look")? A look shows the pieces in a room photograph together. Tap the markers on the photo to view a piece, then add pieces one by one or use "Add Whole Look to Cart".

Which fabric and legs are chosen when I add a whole look? Pieces are added with the default options set by the designer/maker. In your cart, choose "Edit" to change fabric, legs and module quantities.

What does modular mean? Some products (for example sofas) are made of modules. On the product page you can choose modules and quantities to build your own composition; the price updates with your choice.

Do I need an account to add to cart? Yes. Your cart is tied to your account so you can continue on other devices.

Why are prices shown in different currencies? Prices are calculated and shown according to your region. The amount and currency are stated clearly at checkout.

How do I track my order? You can see your orders in My Account. Tracking details are also e-mailed once your order ships.
